Normally the commuters were to buy their tickets at the bus atop and queue up waiting for buses to come, there is usually those queued for standing and those queued for sitting. Normally as expected those for sitting will firstly be attended to seconded by those for standing but on this day the reverse was the case as caused by a disorganized and rude bus attendant...
